The Problem —

Sleep disorders are the most common health problem in the United States. The National Sleep Foundation reports that 64% of Americans experience symptoms of sleep disorders on a regular basis. A growing body of research indicates that sleep disorders are implicated in a wide range of illnesses including depression, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, obesity and cancer. Excessive sleepiness is also a major cause of accidents and impaired work performance.

A New Solution — Deep Green Sleep®

Dr. Naiman’s work is based on the belief that healthy sleep is sustainable sleep, which must be both “deep” and “green.” Deep sleep is about one’s capacity to descend fully into repose. Green sleep is about establishing an optimal sleep environment– one that thoroughly supports such surrender. The Deep Green Sleep® philosophy informs Dr. Naiman’s work with individuals and groups, as well as organizations.
